2.1 Our pricing policy ensures competitive rates for our travel packages. Prices quoted on our website are per person and may not include tips, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, food, accommodation, room services, and laundry, unless specified.
2.2 Published rates are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, such as airline ticket, hotel rate, or transport expense increases.
3.1 We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners) for full payment of services.
3.2 Upon completing the transaction, the charge will appear on your credit card statement.
4.1 After payment, we will send a confirmation slip via email that serves as proof of payment for your tour package.
4.2 Ensure accurate travel information is provided at the time of booking.
5.1 Each Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has specific cancellation policies, clearly outlined during booking.
5.2 Combo tours may be cancelled; however, cancelling a single tour within a combo forfeits the combo offer.
5.3 No refunds for Tourist Visa fees.
5.4 No-shows for tours, transfers, or services result in no refunds, rescheduling, or reimbursement.
5.5 Cancellation procedures vary based on the applicable tour package.
6.1 Itineraries may change due to local/weather conditions, flight schedules, etc.
6.2 Changes will be communicated prior to departure.
6.3 Minor changes to the itinerary may occur without reimbursement.
6.4 No reimbursement for "force majeure" events like floods and earthquakes.
7.1 Alternative accommodations may be provided if your preferred hotel is unavailable.
7.2 Check-in/check-out policy depends on the chosen hotel.
7.3 We are not liable for early/late check-in/check-out requests denied by the hotel.
8.1 Easy Trip is not liable for accidents, illness, injuries, baggage loss, or trip cancellations.
8.2 Travelers are advised to obtain travel insurance to handle unforeseen events.
9.1 Guests are responsible for carrying required travel documents, including passports and valid IDs.
9.2 Loss of documents may result in no refunds.
9.3 Check entry requirements and visas before travel.
